How to Make Tahini Spread with Honey and Chocolate
Tahini, chocolate and honey spread, without processed sugar and preservatives, is a fasting-friendly and healthy breakfast spread.
It is made with only 3 ingredients and is ready in just 2 minutes.
In fact, all you need to do is melt the chocolate couverture and give everything a good stir.

How to Completely Reduce Processed Sugar
If you want the spread to contain absolutely no sugar, not even the small amount found in chocolate couverture, you can use sugar-free couverture or one with a very high cocoa content.
If you use couverture with a very high cocoa content, it is best to reduce the amount of chocolate you add or increase the amount of tahini and honey.

This way the spread will remain smooth and will spread very easily.
The spread is ideal for those who are fasting.
If you are vegan, you can replace the honey with agave or maple syrup.
For all of you who love homemade spreads, you can also make hazelnut praline and enjoy them on fluffy, homemade pancakes.
