There are infinite combinations, flavors, textures. With three basic ingredients, butter, flour and sugar, you can make delicious cookies. This simple recipe, which is very reminiscent of the recipe for sample dough, can help you make the most \u201caddictive\u201d cookies. They are quite reminiscent of English shortbread cookies, need no further comment on that, right?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The vanilla aroma and the salt enhance the taste of the cookie. Cow butter makes cookies crispy and delicious. All purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon vanilla extract or 1 vanilla pod or 1 sachet of vanilla flavor<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>zest of half a lemon (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/E87F0Hw21cA\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keep the butter out of the fridge for half an hour, drop it in an empty bowl. It is now a bit hard and firm and very easy to shape. On a floured surface, roll the dough and make it a thick bar as uniform as possible.
