There is a lot of meat on it, as well as collagen, so a bit of slow, patient cooking produces delicious, honeyed red-sauce roasts, braised meat and soups. of tomato juice<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">1 cinnamon stick<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">1 bay leaf<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">1 \u201cshort\u201d tablespoon of sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">150ml red wine<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">80ml olive oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">400g orzo, medium size<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" out of the pot or, if it\u2019s spacious, place them aside and pour the onion, the carrot, the cinnamon and the bay leaf and saut\u00e9 for 2-3 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" chopped tomato and the juice, the sugar and a glass of semi-warm water. You might need to add some water to boil the orzo, if the food doesn\u2019t have enough liquids.
