Let\u2019s pause for a moment while I tell you a small but life-saving trick. When washing the strawberries, put them in a glass bowl or deep dish and place them in the microwave for 30 seconds or \u00a0for a few minutes in the cooker at 100 degrees. Don\u2019t overdo it with the battering at a high speed, because the butter might end up being separated from the cream and that we must avoid. On a metal sheet, spread a piece of baking paper and spread the puff pastry sheet. deflate, because if the puff loses its shape it won\u2019t look as nice, plus you will have trouble spreading the ingredients on top of it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>PUTTING YOUR DESSERT TOGETHER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s recommended that you put the dessert together only a little while before serving or if that is impossible, only apply the cream on the puff pastry and just a few minutes before serving add the strawberries.<\/span><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-671\"
