It\u2019s true that, in one restaurant or another, we all have tasted memorable shrimp pasta \u2013 although other times the attempt failed miserably, but let\u2019s stick to the good times.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Speaking for myself, I had epic, unforgettable shrimp pasta many years ago at the taverna of Popi and Nektaria at the port of Anafi, as well as in Elafonisos, at Antonis and Chrysoula\u2019s place (Antonis Taverna).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-268\" src=\"https:\/\/foodurismo.com\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/garidomakaronada_teliko2-960x690.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"539\" srcset=\"https:\/\/foodurismo.com\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/garidomakaronada_teliko2-960x690.jpg 960w, https:\/\/foodurismo.com\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/garidomakaronada_teliko2-595x427.jpg 595w, https:\/\/foodurismo.com\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/garidomakaronada_teliko2-768x552.jpg 768w, https:\/\/foodurismo.com\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/garidomakaronada_teliko2.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But it\u2019s such a shame to never try making your own shrimp pasta at home; there are so many good recipes, with helpful instructions (and I hope mine is one of them) that it\u2019s worth a shot. Add the tomato, the sugar, the salt and the pepper. If you like, add some finely chopped parsley, since it gives your dish colour and helps keep your memory sharp.
